    I read an article about pavlova recently. It would seem there is an arguement about where it originated. I like the one that says it was created to honor a ballerina. And the other arguement is how to make it correctly which I must say differs greatly! I think you make it how you like it and then everyone will be happy. 🙂

  2. We subscribe to the honoring the ballerina origin. Since it’s Australian in origin, I thought it was interesting that we had it at our all American 4th of July barbecue party. It was really yummy.

    lol! there is also the arguement that it was started in NZ versus AUS. People are so funny.
